This course prepares you for the Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt certification examinations offered through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

This course not only teaches the framework of the American Society for Quality's (ASQ's) Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt body of knowledge, but also allows you to test and apply the framework through quizzes, engaging exercises, fun games, and case studies. Areas of concentration also include determining the relationship of basic statistics to Six Sigma, examining the Six Sigma business case, listening to the voice of the customer (VOC), seeing how quality function deployment (QFD) can improve new product development, and discovering the value of benchmarking.
